I've been referred to conferencing. . . Is it for me?

Restorative Justice Asks . . .

What was the harm to the victim, to the community and to you?

What can be done to repair that harm to the greatest extent possible?

Am I responsible for that repair?

Accountability Screening

ACCOUNTABILITY: The quality and state of being accountable, especially: an obligation or willingness to accept responsibility or to account for my actions.--Merriam-Webster Dictionary

1.     I am willing to listen and to accept how my behavior affected other human beings, not just the court or the officials.

2.     I am willing to acknowledge to all those affected that my behavior was harmful.

3.     I am willing to acknowledge that my behavior was a choice that could have been made differently.

4.     I am willing to take action to repair the harm where possible.

5.     I am willing to make changes to avoid such behavior in the future.
